New Template Code

I've updated App::Followme to version 1.10. The big change is a rewrite of the template handling code in Template.pm. What happened is that when I rewrote search,cgi I added a simplified version of the code in Template.pm. Some of the changes made their way back. All the template handling code in my github repositories has been rewritten to some extent. But the changes should be transparent, as the interface to the code is the same.
